We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program.
This role will suit a highly capable Business Analyst with strong CRM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and consultations to gather
- Map business processes and requirements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
- Validate proposed solutions through requirements walkthroughs
- Manage requirements traceability, project documentation, BA reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Key Skills and Experience
- 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business environments
- Strong CRM knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office applications, JIRA and Share Point, with experience in BPMN 2.0
