- An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
- PMO Support Officer to support a key project focused on the implementation of a new
Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system .
It is a 12 weeks contract role.
Your responsibilities will include
- Support the transition from the existing PPM system to the new platform, including data cleansing, migration preparation and validation.
- Review and validate project records and portfolio data to improve data quality.
- Assist with configuration and functionality testing of the new PPM system.
- Map existing project governance processes against new system workflows.
- Review and document end-to-end project governance processes.
- Support stage-gating and project health processes.
You will ideally bring
- Previous experience working within a
PMO, project office or project governance environment .
- Experience supporting project and portfolio reporting and governance processes.
- Good understanding of project lifecycle management and project governance principles.
- Experience supporting a system implementation, transformation or business improvement project .
- Experience developing or improving business processes.
- Victorian Government or broader public sector experience would be advantageous.
- Experience with
PPM systems and Power BI dashboard/report development is highly desirable .
