Forklift Operator in Sydney

We're currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators / Freight Handlers to join busy air freight warehouse operations across Matraville, Mascot and Banksmeadow.

We have multiple ongoing opportunities available, offering both Monday to Friday and rotational roster arrangements. We're looking for dependable candidates who are seeking long-term work and are committed to becoming part of an established warehouse team.

About the Role

Working within a busy air freight warehouse, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient movement, handling and processing of freight.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating a forklift to load, unload and move freight throughout the warehouse.

• Loading and unloading trucks and freight vehicles.

• Moving, stacking and positioning freight safely.

• Sorting, scanning and processing incoming and outgoing freight.

• Assisting with general freight handling and manual handling duties.

• Supporting daily warehouse and transport operations.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

• Working as part of a team to ensure freight is processed efficiently and on time.

Locations & Rosters

We have opportunities available across:

• Matraville

• Mascot

• Banksmeadow

Available working arrangements include:

• Monday to Friday: Full weekday availability required.

• Rotational rosters: Full availability across rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights and weekends where required.

All positions are within air freight warehouse environments and offer opportunities for candidates seeking ongoing, long‑term employment.

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence – essential.

• Previous forklift operating experience.

• Previous warehouse, freight handling or logistics experience highly regarded.

• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment.

• Confident operating a forklift while maintaining high safety standards.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist with general warehouse duties.

• Full Australian working rights – essential.

• Full availability for either a Monday to Friday roster or a rotational roster – essential.

• Looking for a long-term opportunity.
