About the Role
- Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move freight throughout the warehouse and terminal
- Breaking down inbound import shipments and preparing freight for distribution
- Building up export consignments in accordance with airline and operational requirements
- Loading and unloading airfreight from trucks and aircraft containers
- Removing cargo nets, straps, and shrink-wrap from freight pallets
- Sorting, scanning, and handling freight to ensure accurate processing and dispatch
- Performing manual handling duties as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Ensuring all freight is handled in line with safety, security, and operational procedures

What We're Looking For
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Previous forklift experience, ideally within freight, transport, warehousing, logistics, or airfreight environments
- Experience handling palletised freight and working in fast-paced operations is highly regarded
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotating roster
- Ability to commit to a rotating roster on an ongoing basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the airfreight industry
- Ability to pass ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented approach
