  • Supporting the selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of key operational partners (brokers, custodians, middle-office providers, data vendors, etc.)
  • Ensuring contractual obligations and operational dependencies are well-understood and managed
  • What you'll need
  • A degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of operations experience in a securities business (fintech or brokers)
  • An understanding of end-to-end trading and post-trade flows across multiple asset classes, including equities and ETFs
  • A track record of designing, implementing, and testing effective operational controls
  • Familiarity with AU or regional regulatory requirements for brokerage operations, or the ability to learn and apply new regulatory frameworks quickly
  • To be comfortable working with data and basic tooling (e. g., Excel, BI tools, SQL)
  • A proven ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities
  • Nice to have
  • Familiarity with fixed income, derivatives, FX, and/or funds

Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
