If you take pride in delivering exceptional service, love working with people, and want a front-of-house role where you are genuinely valued, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. I’m partnering with a highly reputable, successful Brisbane law firm to find an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to take ownership of their front-of-house experience.
You’ll be working from a beautiful, high-end reception and client area, fully renovated last year to an exceptional standard. It's an impressive environment, and we're looking for someone who will take real pride in owning the client experience.
This is a true Corporate Reception role. You'll be the first point of contact both in person and over the phone, so we're looking for someone who genuinely loves reception – warm, confident, engaging and naturally brilliant with people, with the professionalism and presentation you'd expect in a premium corporate environment.
Legal experience? Great. But it's not essential. You may already work within legal or professional services, or perhaps you're coming from a 5-star hotel, luxury retail, financial services or another premium customer service environment. For this firm, it's less about where you've worked and far more about who you are and the level of service you deliver.
The role
- Managing the firm's switchboard, confidently fielding calls, taking accurate messages and handling new client enquiries
- Welcoming clients and visitors and delivering exceptional service
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and video conferences
- Assisting with client functions and events
- Managing couriers, deliveries and incoming mail
- Ensuring reception and client areas are always impeccably presented
What's on offer?
An attractive salary and benefits, health and wellbeing initiatives, social activities, your birthday off each year, Christmas benefits and the opportunity to join an established, highly regarded firm. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8.15 am-5.15 pm. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being in the office, being around people and being an integral part of the team.
If you're exceptional with people, confident on the phone, passionate about service, and looking for a front-of-house role you can really make your own, I'd love to hear from you.
