About us
We Are Tailored is a Melbourne-based beverage manufacturer producing cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. You’ll join a hands‑on team working across our bottling and packaging operations.
About the role
You’ll help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up, operating and adjusting production machinery.

Monitoring equipment performance and troubleshooting minor issues.

Completing product changeovers and cleaning.

Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate production records.

Following food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Working with the production team to meet daily targets.
About you

Previous machine operating experience is essential.

Experience in beverage manufacturing, bottling or packaging is highly regarded.

A forklift licence is desirable, but not essential.

Good mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team.
Hours and salary
This is a full-time afternoon shift position, with typical hours of 2:00 pm–10:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. Exact shift times will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
The salary is $62,000–$65,000 per year plus super, depending on experience, and includes the afternoon shift loading.
