What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome patients to our clinic and help them feel at ease by answering any questions they may have.
• Handle patient billing including health fund, Eftpos, Medicare and over-the-phone payments.
• Schedule and follow up appointments.
• Communicate with patients, other dental practices and specialist clinics via phone and email.
• Manage patient records, including updating medical histories, preparing and scanning consent forms.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception and waiting room.
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a positive and professional clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR & First Aid certification preferred but willing to get the right candidate certified.
• Blue card or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience in a dental setting preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Dental Exact Software is a plus.
