Our team of experienced medical professionals are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, friendly and enthusiasticReceptionistto join our team in acasual or part time long-term capacity. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients & visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
- Process Medicare, WorkCover, CTP and private billings
- Maintain accurate patient records usingMedicalDirectorsoftware
- Support doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals with administrative needs
- Perform general office tasks including scanning, filing, and photocopying
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Proficient inMedicalDirectorsoftware or similar medical systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- A professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Lives in the local community
