TAG provides high-touch, personalised travel and event management services to the biggest names on the planet, as well as top C-suite executives and award-winning productions. Our mission is to alleviate the stress and complexity of travel, and we are committed to uncovering solutions to get our clients where they need to be, feeling ready to take on the world. If you’re looking for a fun, ever-changing and challenging environment, TAG is the answer.

You know how to get collections moving, untangle a difficult account and build relationships that deliver results. Now you’re looking for somewhere you can put those skills to work and make your mark. At TAG, you’ll take ownership of a client portfolio across our APAC business, working with Finance, Account Management and Operations to resolve issues, reduce overdue debt and turn payment promises into cash.

There’s change to get involved in, too. We’re transforming our credit control systems and processes, and you’ll help test new technology, introduce automation and build smarter ways of working. Your experience at the coalface will help shape how the future function operates.

You’ll be hands-on from day one, with a pathway to lead the APAC credit control team once the new systems and operating model are established. It’s a chance to help build the function you could ultimately lead.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Own your collections: Manage your portfolio, prioritise overdue accounts and secure payment commitments.
  • Get accounts moving: Investigate discrepancies, reconcile balances and resolve the issues holding up payment.
  • Build relationships that work: Engage confidently with clients and partner with internal teams to achieve results.
  • Stay ahead of risk: Monitor aged debt, payment terms and credit limits, escalating concerns with clear recommendations.
  • Keep the detail right: Prepare statements and debtor reporting, allocate payments where required and maintain accurate records.
  • Help deliver the transformation: Support system testing, data validation, automation and process improvements.
  • Make improvements stick: Help document practical procedures and embed consistent ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable, with direct responsibility for collections.
  • Evidence that you can reduce overdue debt and resolve challenging accounts.
  • A hands-on approach—you take ownership and follow things through.
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills, with sound judgement about when to support, challenge or escalate.
  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills, backed by attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence using finance or accounts receivable systems.
  • Curiosity about how technology can improve the way you work.
  • The ability to manage your priorities independently and work closely with others.
  • Experience with systems implementation, collections automation or process improvement would be a plus.
  • Travel industry knowledge, Tramada experience and relevant accounting or business qualifications are welcome, but aren’t essential.

Experience TAG Perks:

As passionate as you may be about changing the face of travel, let’s be honest – you're not doing this for free. So, here’s our promise to you: Competitive salary DOE. We are also committed to offering an equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
