About the role:
We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Legal Services students by joining our team of teachers on a permanent full-time basis located at Granville Campus. At TAFE NSW, you will discover a diverse, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where you can innovate, create value, and do meaningful work. We provide you with tools and ongoing training and professional development, health and wellbeing programs, and a variety of flexible working options.
Essential Requirements:
- Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications with a minimum level of Diploma of Paralegal Services or Diploma of Legal Services or equivalent (Australian qualification only).
- Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training or a willingness to undertake our full-time 14-week 'Paid to Learn' course.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in a legal services related industry, gained no longer than five (5) years previously.
Paid to Learn: For candidates who do not hold an appropriate VET teaching qualification or equivalent, you have the option to be paid to learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14 weeks Training and Assessment course. Those who already hold the appropriate teaching qualification or equivalent are still eligible to apply.
