About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the National TAFE Network (NTN) Pre-commencement Microskills Project within the Construction Centre of Excellence. You will play a key role in supporting the development and national rollout of short online learning resources designed to help apprentices prepare for training and employment. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining project schedules and documentation

- Preparing progress reports
- Supporting implementation activities
- Monitoring milestones, tracking dependencies and emerging risks
- Escalating issues where required to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes
About you
You are an organised and proactive project professional with strong communication skills and experience coordinating projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. You can manage competing priorities, build effective working relationships and maintain momentum across a range of activities. You are confident bringing together information from different sources, maintaining accurate project records and supporting timely decision-making. You take ownership of your work, exercise sound judgement, and know when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate them. Most importantly, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where clear communication, accountability and delivering outcomes are valued.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Degree in relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Significant experience relevant to project management and administration
