City of Moreton Bay in Caboolture is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver positive service experiences through accurate responses to enquiries, issues and applications via the Council's Call Centre, Customer Service Centres and electronic contacts.
Primarily based in Caboolture but rostered to work from our Customer Service Centres at Strathpine and Redcliffe as required to support service delivery, you will handle enquiries, process applications and financial transactions.
