Performance Analyst - Paralympic Program
TTA is seeking the services of an early career performance analyst to join their Paralympic Program.Reporting directly to the General Manager - National Paralympic Program and the National PerformanceInsights & Technology Lead and working in close collaboration with the National Head Coach (Para),the National Athlete & Coach Development Manager (Para), State Para Hub Coaches and otherParalympic Performance Services Team members, the Performance Analyst will support the high performance pathway with a specific focus on supporting the tactical preparation and skill developmentof athletes in the lead up to and during the LA 2028 Paralympic Games.
The Performance Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to provideactionable insights aimed at improving athlete performance at international Para competitions,including the LA 2028 Paralympic Games.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to take Para High Performance table tennisin Australia to the next level.
A demonstrated ability to maximise limited resources, a willingness to goabove and beyond and the ability to communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders (athletes,coaches, and the Performance Services Team members.) is essential. See attached Job Description for further information.
