The role involves leading the enterprise compliance framework and assurance program across Tabcorp. You’ll strengthen how we meet regulatory obligations, improve control effectiveness and provide clear, independent insights that support better decision-making and accountability.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead the design and evolution of the compliance management framework
- Oversee adherence to regulatory obligations, policies and standards
- Develop and deliver a risk-based compliance assurance program
- Lead reviews and testing to assess control effectiveness across key areas
