Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service to families and communities of partner schools
- Operate computerised retail Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and students
- Availability during peak back to school period ( November - February )
About you
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other customer service focused roles
- Hold or willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children check
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Competent with computerised retail Point of Sale (POS) systems
