What you will be required to do:
As the Senior Business Support Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the overall function and performance of a business support section
- Oversee, support and coordinate field-based and business support employees
- Provide high-level administrative assistance and advice across the region
- Manage staff performance, conduct and professional development
- Lead, coach and train employees to strengthen their skills and knowledge
- Coordinate the implementation of business initiatives
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the successful delivery of initiatives
- Provide advice to senior management on administrative and operational matters
- Review work practices and recommend process improvements
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
