The Opportunity:
This role will see you overseeing a portfolio of services across Brisbane supporting Centre Directors to drive high quality educational practice, strong operational performance, compliance, occupancy growth, and team engagement.
You will play a key role in:
- Mentoring and developing Centre Directors and leadership teams
- Driving quality, compliance, and Assessment & Rating outcomes
- Building strong centre cultures and team performance
- Supporting workforce, occupancy, and operational success
- Championing child safety and safeguarding practices
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio
About You:
- Proven leadership experience across multiple sites or teams in the Early Childhood
- MUST HOLD previous experience as a Area Manager managing early childhood services!
- Strong operational and people leadership capability
- Passionate about quality, compliance, and high standards
- Confident mentoring and developing leaders
- Background in a multi-site position within Early Childhood
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Driven, solutions focused, and highly accountable
