Synapse is seeking casual Lifestyle Support Workers to assist individuals with brain injury and disability in the Moreton Bay region, including Deception Bay, Lawnton and Narangba. You will provide practical, personal, and social support to help clients live independently and stay connected to the community.
Role involves personal care, daily living tasks, meal prep, budgeting, and community access. Shift coverage includes AM/PM and sleepovers; knowledge of NDIS standards is beneficial.
