Our client is a leading Australian business in the multi-unit construction and urban development industry and is looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to join their growing team at their modern Laverton manufacturing facility.
These are hands-on roles working in a busy factory environment, helping manufacture and assemble components used in residential construction projects.
You don't need to be trade qualified or have extensive experience. We're interested in people who are physically fit, keen to learn, have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team.
What's on offer?
- Location: Laverton North
- Pay rate: $35–$45 per hour + super
- Ongoing full-time hours with potential for permanency
- Day shift: 7:00am–3:21pm or afternoon shift: 3:00pm–11:20pm, Monday to Friday
- Supportive team environment with on-the-job training
What will you be doing?
- Assisting with basic assembly and fit-out work
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Moving materials and keeping work areas clean and safe
- Following instructions and meeting daily production targets
What are we looking for?
- Previous labouring, construction, warehouse or factory experience preferred but not essential
- Available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Able to work well in a team and meet daily targets
