About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pick Packer to join the team at Mainfreight in Larapinta, QLD. This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using RF scanners.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.
- Read and follow digital or paper picking manifests.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Pack goods securely and prepare pallets for transportation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of pick packing and RF scanning experience.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
