Symal is seeking a highly organised Training & Compliance Coordinator to join the People & Capability team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. You will coordinate training, onboarding and workforce compliance across office-based and site-based employees, maintaining training records and ensuring adherence to industry and client requirements.
You will support apprenticeships, graduates and development programs, manage onboarding through multiple systems and engage stakeholders.
