Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating marketing strategies to support the growth of Lady Lash Australia
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials including social media material, email marketing campaigns and the company website
- Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites
- Monitor campaign performance to guide future marketing decisions
- Conducting market research to support campaign planning, product launches and competitor analysis
- Identifying updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns including but not limited to loyalty and referral programs and promotional campaigns
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
- At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications
- Social media marketing and digital advertising experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry
- Technical skills such as email marketing and automation, CFRM and SEO is highly desirable
