Sydney Tools is looking for motivated Retail Salespeople to join our growing Castle Hill team!
Whether you have experience in retail sales, construction, automotive, electrical, plumbing or another trade, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need to be a power tool expert! If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused and willing to learn, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Retail Salesperson, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right tools and equipment for their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and advice.
- Building relationships with trade and retail customers.
- Driving sales and working towards team targets.
- Processing sales and handling customer enquiries.
- Maintaining attractive product displays and stock presentation.
- Developing your product knowledge through ongoing training.
This is a full-time position requiring one rostered weekend day each week.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with people and achieving results.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or a trade-related industry.
- An interest in tools, construction, automotive or trade equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
