Sydney Tools is looking for motivated Retail Salespeople to join our Penrith team in Western Sydney!
Whether you've worked in retail sales, construction, automotive, electrical, plumbing or another trade, your skills and experience could be exactly what we're looking for.
No previous power tool sales experience? No problem! We'll provide hands‑on product training to help you develop your knowledge and succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Retail Salesperson, you'll help customers find the right tools and equipment while building strong relationships with trade professionals and everyday customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and advice.
- Delivering great customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Driving sales and achieving individual and team targets.
- Processing sales and responding to customer enquiries.
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store looks its best.
- Developing your product knowledge through regular supplier training.
This is a full-time position requiring one rostered weekend day each week.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for people with the right attitude, enthusiasm and motivation to succeed.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in retail sales, customer service or a trade-related industry.
- An interest in power tools, construction, automotive or trade equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
