What You'll Be Doing:
- Serving customers over the counter and on the phone, turning enquiries into sales.
- Sharing your product knowledge to help tradies find the right tool for the job.
- Keeping customers in the loop on promotions and deals.
- Handling queries and complaints with a solutions-first attitude.
- Keeping the store looking sharp with great merchandising and displays.
- Continuously building your power tool knowledge through ongoing training.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience — or hands-on experience in construction/trade (tradies looking for a break from the tools, this means you!).
- A genuine passion for great customer service.
- A proven record of hitting KPIs and targets.
- Comfort working with tools and power tools.
- An energetic, team-first attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work weekends.
