  • Partner with managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Support managers with performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Assist with onboarding, probation and broader employee lifecycle processes.

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the business.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop your HR capability through exposure to increasingly complex people matters.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
  • Exposure to broader HR responsibilities will be highly regarded.
  • A genuine desire to develop beyond recruitment and build a long-term career in HR.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence communicating with managers and senior stakeholders.
  • A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

What's On Offer?

  • Negotiable salary based on experience.
  • Permanent, full-time opportunity.
  • Exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Opportunity to develop towards a broader HR Business Partner career path.
  • Work alongside an experienced HR team and senior business leaders.
  • Join Sydney Tools as we continue to grow nationally.
  • Genuine opportunity to take ownership and make an impact.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Weekly pay.

Please note

This is a fully onsite role and does not currently offer a hybrid working arrangement.
