Retail Salesperson | Seven Hills | New Store Opening | Up to $90K + Super Sydney Tools is opening a brand-new store in Seven Hills, and we're looking for motivated Retail Salespeople to join our team!
Are you an experienced salesperson looking for your next big opportunity? Or perhaps you're a tradie ready to put down the tools and move into a rewarding sales career?
No previous power tool sales experience? No problem! We'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Assisting trade and retail customers with product recommendations and advice.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Driving sales and working towards individual and team targets.
- Processing sales and handling customer enquiries.
- Maintaining stock presentation, displays and merchandising.
- Learning about new products through regular supplier training.
- Supporting the team as we establish and grow our new store.
This is a full-time position requiring one rostered weekend day each week.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in retail sales, customer service or a trade-related industry.
- An interest in power tools, construction, automotive or trade equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
COMING FROM A TRADE BACKGROUND?
Your hands-on experience could be a real advantage when helping our customers choose the right tools and equipment.
