Sydney Digital Advisory (SDA) is an award-winning AI-first Management Consulting company partnering with government and enterprise clients across the Eastern Seaboard. We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a collaborative and driven team of professionals to support organisation wide digital transformation, process automation, and service delivery uplift.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and developing custom business applications using Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas), process automation using Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI and the wider Microsoft stack delivered against best-practice guidelines.
About the role
You'll design and develop Power Platform solutions that align with digital standards, security requirements, and approved enterprise architectures. You'll work directly with business and IT&D stakeholders to translate complex requirements into solutions that get adopted.
Key responsibilities
- Develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages, aligned to digital standards.
- Design Dataverse data models, tables, security roles, and business logic
- Configure automation workflows to streamline operational processes
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand complex business processes and design fit-for-purpose solutions
- Ensure all solutions align with security, compliance, and approved architecture standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable Power Platform development experience across Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate. Microsoft Power Platform certification highly desired
- Experience in custom Forms and Apps development, and workflow automation
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments using Azure DevOps and Git
- Experience with API integration, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps in conjunction with Power Apps
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and translate complex business processes into practical solutions
- Must be eligible to obtain security clearance
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies, including Microsoft 365 and the Azure stack
- Specialist knowledge in Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric
