Your role:
- Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in & through the day.
- Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates.
- Arranging loan vehicles.
- Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion.
- Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up.
- Deliver clear communication and top-tier customer experiences.
