We're looking for a reliable and passionate Pizza Chef to join our Brewery Restaurant in Rozelle.
You'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality food and keeping the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard
- Assisting with the preparation of other menu items as required
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering needs
- Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and presented to quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver great service during busy periods
About you
- Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Kitchen: 1 year required
- Work authorisation: Australia required
- Ability to reliably commute to Rozelle NSW 2039
