SYC Limited in South Australia is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver high-quality employment services under the Workforce Australia program. This full-time role is based at the Berri site with occasional days at Loxton, Waikerie and Renmark, enabling you to make a tangible difference in the community.
You will provide one-to-one coaching, conduct career assessments, help clients with resumes and interview prep, and build strong relationships with local employers while ensuring program compliance.
