Guest Service Agent All Rounder (FT/PT/CAS)
Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney's business, retail and entertainment district.
The hotel boasts 369 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites offering contemporary living for the modern business and leisure traveller. Our facilities include our Ten Stories Restaurant, Arches Bar on Market, Meeting Rooms and Conferencing spaces including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and award-winning Spa Centre, Spa and Sport.
We currently have an opportunity for Front Office Superstar to join our fun and highly performing Front Office team as Guest Service Agent All Rounder. As a Guest Service Agent All Rounder, your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by providing warm, responsive and luxury service.
The Role
Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out.
Assisting guests with requests and creatingmemorable experiences.
Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
Assisting in-house and external guests via telephone calls and email enquiries.
Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.
Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in anefficient and proactive manner.
What we are looking for
A natural ability to authentically connect with people.
Exceptional communication skills.
Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable.
Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is favourable.
Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays.
A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people.
Candidates to have working rights in Australia.
