An exciting opportunity for a Front Office superstar for the Bell Captain (Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor) has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel.
As a Bell Captain, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting all guests with the most courteous and efficient service
- Having a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements
- Promoting facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards the hotel’s total revenue targets
- Living and breathing our brand standards, being the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)
- Being a problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in Front Office in a 4 to 5 star hotel
- Full NSW Drivers Licence
- Have full-time work rights in Australia
- Ability to work a rotating roster including evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
Part Time opportunity:
We are open to discussing Part Time Opportunity (22.5 hrs to 30 hrs/week) for the right candidate.
