Swissôtel Sydney is seeking multiple Food & Beverage Attendants (Casual) to join our Food & Beverage team. We are currently seeking:
- F&B Attendant for our Executive Club Lounge
- F&B Attendant for our In-Room Dining service
About the role:
- Contribute to the operations of the Food & Beverage department and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue
- Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards
- Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered to
About You:
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favourably
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
- Possess valid working rights in Australia
