Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor's international network, have an exciting opportunity for passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our luxurious Arches Bar on Market Street.
About the role:
- Contribute to the operations of Arches Bar and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet.
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue.
- Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards.
- Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered to.
About You:
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service.
- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favorably.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
- The availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
