We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Cook food as per recipes.
- Assisting Head Chef in planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing food preparation.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience of at least 1 year as a cook, preferably in Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as a part of a team, and maintain a timely, positive, and enthusiastic approach under times of pressure.
- High personal hygiene standards.
- Commitment to interact with clients and staff in a positive, courteous and respectful manner.
