Clerical-In Charge

A rare opportunity is available for a Clerical In Charge to lead the day-to-day operations of Lumus Imaging’s state-of-the-art Bloomfield clinic. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated reception team, support clinical staff and make a meaningful impact on the clinic’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the efficient day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring operations remain smooth and well coordinated.
• Lead, support and motivate the reception and administration team to deliver their best.
• Manage rosters, staff coverage and daily allocation while encouraging ongoing learning and development.
• Keep patient flow moving by identifying bottlenecks and responding quickly to operational challenges.
• Take the lead on complex patient enquiries and complaints, providing calm and professional resolutions.
• Ensure Medicare, DVA, private billing and other essential administrative processes are completed accurately.
• Coordinate key financial tasks, including the accurate completion of daily banking.
• Develop positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, referrers and other key stakeholders.
• Promote consistent compliance with clinic procedures, privacy obligations and professional standards.
