Barwon Health is seeking a Work Health and Safety Advisor (Grade 4) within People and Culture to provide expert OHS advice, training, and support to managers, Health and Safety Representatives, and staff.
You will contribute to developing, implementing, and improving OHS strategies, policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on risk prevention, including psychosocial hazards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
