SwanCare is seeking a Head of Residential Care to provide strategic leadership across our residential aged care services in WA. You will ensure safe, person-centred care, drive occupancy strategies and uphold the Aged Care Quality Standards through engaged leadership and continuous improvement.
You will report to the Chief Operations Officer, lead high-performing teams, and foster a values-based culture while delivering outcomes aligned with regulatory and organisational requirements.
