Role Summary
We’re looking for a People Advisor/Specialist who lives and breathes Talent Acquisition. You’re a recruitment gun first and foremost and someone who can hunt down top-tier paid creative strategists, organic social managers and content production specialist talent in the fast-moving social marketing market. You will also have a solid foundational HR experience to keep our people ops, performance frameworks, and culture running at high speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus): Drive end-to-end recruitment. Source, screen, interview, and close candidates while building proactive pipelines. Leverage AI tools and smart sourcing hacks to find non-obvious creative talent.
- Onboarding & Culture: Partner with Ops to design and execute a seamless onboarding experience setting up new squad members for immediate impact.
- Learning & Development: Manage and innovate our L&D calendar.
- Performance Framework: Coach managers on setting sharp KPIs aligned with business strategy, maintaining continuous feedback loops, and guiding annual reviews.
- HR Foundations & AI Integration: Continuously review, modernise, and automate P&C policies, benefits, and workplace practices to match the pace of our growth.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years in HR/P&C, with a demonstrated track record of heavy, direct-sourcing recruitment success.
- Fast-Paced / Agency Experience: You understand the rhythm of a creative/paid social agency and can adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities.
- AI Fluency: Comfort using modern AI tools to streamline recruitment, drafting, and HR operations.
- Coaching & Influence: Strong ability to train managers, resolve P&C friction, and guide employees through career growth.
- Precision & Judgment: Sharp critical thinking, attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills.
