S&W Plus is seeking an Inspections Manager who loves being on the road, inspecting homes, and talking with people. You won’t be weighed down by owner calls or maintenance triage—the focus is on property condition and protecting client investments.
You will own the property condition cycle across our residential portfolio, from routine inspections and ECRs to end-of-lease checks, while fostering strong tenant and owner relations on-site.
