Suttons Chullora is a member of the Suttons Motors Group, Australia's largest and most trusted family-owned and operated automotive group. We are looking for an experienced and well-presented casual Receptionist who can deliver genuine first-class customer service along with an outstanding level of professionalism.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls
- Greeting customers
- Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and presentable
- Carrying out daily tasks that involve data entry
- Assisting with general administration when required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Previous experience working in a similar receptionist/front line role - automotive experience is desirable but not a prerequisite for this role.
- A professional and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities.
- A team player attitude.
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Mechanical experience (advantageous but not essential).
- An automotive background (advantageous but not essential).
