About the Role

About You We're interested in speaking with professionals who have
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, or equivalent experience within financial services environments
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis capability
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and business documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse initiatives
- Highly Regarded
- Wealth Management or Private Banking experience
- Exposure to financial products and advisory environments
- AML, KYC or Financial Crime project experience
- Regulatory Change and Compliance initiatives
- Digital Onboarding and Client Lifecycle Transformation
- Data Analysis, Reporting and Insights projects
- Process Improvement and Operational Excellence programs
- Experience with Avaloq or similar wealth management platforms
- Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC methodologies
