SustainHealth are supporting a gorgeous Paediatric Allied Health Practice to find energetic, passionate and creative Speechies to join their team in Smeaton Grange.
The organisation has multiple locations, and is clinician-led meaning from the top down, client care and clinician wellbeing sit at the heart of the business.
You have the flexibility to choose from morning or afternoon shifts to suit your needs, and feel valued and supported through great remuneration, positive work life balance, regular cross discipline collaboration and career growth that's shaped around where YOU want to go.
About the role
- Flexible working: have the autonomy to work how works best for you, whether that's paperwork from home or in the clinic
- Supportive onboarding: gradual KPI ramp up over 90-days paired with regular mentorship and client sessions planned for you.
- Great company culture: annual conference, great incentives and bonuses, wellbeing initiatives and a close-knit team feel
- Caseload:common presentations include speech sounds, language development, social communication, fluency and ASD/ADHD
- PD built around you: uncapped PD allowance coupled with weekly PD sessions within company wide and discipline specific meetings.
- Supervision: regular 1-1 and group supervision with your Team Leader and with other disciplines, promoting a holistic approach to client care
- Realistic billables:For in-clinic days, see 5 clients. If you're in the community, see 4. Plain, simple, and transparent!
- Clinic or community?The choice is yours! Whether you want to be in-clinic full-time, or out visiting schools and pre-schools, your caseload can be tailored to your preferences.

About you
- Registered with SPA as a CPSP
- Previous experience working with children & families
- Passionate and creative practitioner who thrives on meeting clients where they're at and tailoring your approach to provide client-centred care
- Driven and proactive with a thirst for continued growth and development, no matter where you are in your career!
