Our customers’ first impression of us is the most important one we make, and as our Concierge, you’ll be the one making it. We’re looking for someone who makes every customer feel like the most important person in the building from the moment they walk in. This is not a reception job. You’ll be out on the showroom floor, on your feet, greeting people, making them comfortable, and setting the tone for their whole experience with us.
What you’ll do:
- Meet and greet every customer who walks through the door, with energy and a genuine smile.
- Offer drinks and refreshments and keep our hospitality area stocked and looking its best.
- Set the atmosphere of the showroom: music, TV, and fragrance, so it feels premium from the moment people arrive.
- Walk the showroom throughout the day, staying alert to who’s arrived and who needs attention.
- Keep customers engaged and looked after while they wait for our sales team.
- Support our sales team with drinks and hospitality so they can focus on customers.
- Make every car purchase a moment to remember.
- Have a naturally upbeat, high-energy personality that doesn’t drop, even on a slow day.
- Love talking to people and can make a stranger feel at ease in seconds.
- Stay positive and solution-focused.
- Take pride in presentation, both your own and the showroom’s.
- Can be on your feet and walking the showroom for your whole shift.
- Are coachable.
- Have hospitality, retail, events, or customer service experience (a big plus, but attitude matters more).

- This role is 100% customer-focused.
- Your phone stays away during work hours so your attention is always on customers.
- You’ll work closely with our front-floor leadership.
- This is a full-time position.
