Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor (Specialist – People and Culture) for a full-time, Port Melbourne-based role with hybrid working arrangements. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, and guide managers on best-practice processes to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
You will coordinate high-volume seasonal campaigns, support ER advice, maintain data reporting, and contribute to P&C initiatives
