Sure Projects Australia is a specialist contractor delivering large-scale waterproofing and remedial solutions across major Tier 1 construction projects in NSW. We are known for resolving complex technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery. In addition to waterproofing, we also carry out painting-related works across our projects, including protective coatings, remedial painting, and line marking.
About the role
Sure Projects Australia is seeking a qualified Painter to support our project delivery across multiple construction sites. This role involves carrying out a range of painting and surface preparation works, including line marking and protective coatings, in line with project specifications and safety requirements.
Tasks include:
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Applying paints, coatings, and sealers to internal and external surfaces
- Carrying out line marking works (car parks, traffic areas, and safety markings)
- Mixing and matching paints to required specifications
- Using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment as required
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high-quality finish
- Following site safety procedures and project requirements
- Working in coordination with site teams and supervisors
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Painter
- Experience in construction or commercial projects preferred
- Experience with line marking or protective coatings is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must hold a White Card
