Be a support worker who's employed, not a contractor – and join through the SFE app. Support For Everyone is a registered NDIS provider in South East Queensland. You're our casual employee under the SCHADS Award – no ABN, no invoices, no platform fee out of your pay – and you find and manage your shifts in the SFE app.
Know exactly what you'll earn:
- Weekdays $46.00/hr ($51.52 including 12% super)
- Tax handled through payroll - no ABN, no invoicing, no rate negotiating
- Paid weekly, every Wednesday, through payroll
- Pay rises of $1, $2.50 and $5 an hour on weekday and evening shifts at 100, 300 and 600 hours (with great reliability), plus a $100 bonus at 50 hours
- Paid travel between participants on the same day
- WorkCover injury cover and long service leave through QLeave
- Your NDIS Worker Screening Check and first aid costs paid back after your 3rd shift
What you'll do:
Support NDIS participants close to home in Logan, Brisbane and Ipswich: daily living, community access, personal care and transport, following each person's support plan and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Choose who you support and when you work.

What you need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or apply for one – we'll guide you)
- Blue Card (working with children)
