Supernova Plumbing Group is looking for an part time Operations & Administration Manager to keep the business running smoothly day to day. You’ll be the link between the office, our site crews, suppliers and Principal Contractors, making sure jobs are resourced, compliant, documented and invoiced on time.
3 Days a week Hybrid roll with the potential to move into a full time roll.
Responsibilities
Coordinate crew scheduling, labour allocation and job start-ups across active projects
Liaise with builders, Principal Contractors and clients on programs, access and variations
Track job progress against program and budget, and report delays and risks
Prepare, review and update SWMS,
Maintain the OHS management system, licences, insurances, registers and document control
Manage onboarding, employment contracts, timesheets, leave and payroll inputs
Raise purchase orders, manage suppliers, prepare progress claims and invoices, and follow up payments
Support estimating, quotes and tender submissions
Requirements
3+ years in operations, office management or project administration, ideally in construction, plumbing, roofing or a related trade
Working knowledge of Victorian OHS requirements, SWMS and site safety documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Simpro and Xero experience preferred
Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
Desirable: a relevant business, construction management or administration qualification, and a White Card
